Why five stages, not two?
Most agencies run Discovery then Build. That skips the two places where budgets actually die: architecture decisions made mid build, and integrations bolted on at the end. RAPID pulls both forward. Architecture is locked before production. Integration gets its own stage, with its own time and budget. You stop paying for rework.

How is RAPID different from Agile or Scrum?

Agile assumes a stable team and an open ended budget. RAPID assumes a fixed price and a fixed deadline. We run two week sprints inside RAPID, but the five stage gates (research, architecture, production, integration, deployment) are contractual checkpoints, not ceremonies. Each gate has a named deliverable and a sign off.
What happens if the scope changes mid project?

You can change scope at the end of any stage. Change orders carry fixed prices, same as the original scope. No hourly meters. No surprise invoices. If the change pushes the deadline, we tell you before you sign the change order, not after.
Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do. From day one. Your GitHub organisation, your Cloudflare account, your database. We push to your repo. We deploy to your infra. If you fire us tomorrow, you lose nothing.
What does the 20 percent guarantee actually cover?

If we miss the deadline written in your contract, you get 20 percent off the total invoice. No caveats about scope creep. No excuses about third party delays. The only time the clock pauses is when you miss a scheduled review and the pause is documented. We have never paid it in 5 years.
Can we start with just the Discovery stage?

Yes. The 90 minute Discovery Sprint is AED 999 and produces a fixed price scope document you can take anywhere. If you continue with us, the fee credits 100 percent against your build invoice. If you do not, you keep the scope document and the blueprint. No lock in.
