Why This Exists
FicAition didn't start as an agency pitch or a business plan competition winner.
It started because we kept seeing the same pattern: businesses spending AED 50,000 to AED 200,000 on digital projects that delivered a pretty website and zero business results. Founders getting handed off from the senior partner who sold the deal to a junior developer who'd never closed a sale in their life. Our ERPNext instance tracks every task, every milestone, every client communication. If someone is unavailable, another team member can pick up context within hours, not weeks.
We take a maximum of 2-3 concurrent projects specifically to avoid overcommit. If we're full, we'll tell you and give you a realistic start date. We won't stack projects and hope it works out.
For clients who need coverage guarantees beyond a small team: we maintain relationships with 2 vetted senior contractors (one full-stack, one DevOps) who've worked with us before and know our standards. They're not on payroll, but they're on call.

What We Don't Claim
We're not SOC2 certified as a company. For most of our clients (startups and SMBs), that's fine. If you need a SOC2-certified vendor for enterprise procurement, we'll help you scope the requirements, but we'll also tell you honestly if another firm is a better fit for that specific constraint.
